Booking Policy

Please read our Booking Policy carefully.

One-To-One Sessions

Booking 

Book a slot with me via the online booking page. Once booked, you will be sent a confirmation email. Please check the details carefully to ensure they are correct. Please complete the Online Consent Form no later than 24 hours before your appointment if it is your first time or if you have never been asked to complete a waiver. A reminder email is sent 24 hours and 10 minutes ahead of your appointment.

Cancelling Your Booking

If you need to change or cancel your booking, please do so before or upon receipt of the first reminder. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a cancellation fee to the value of 20% of your session cost. Your cancelled appointment may mean that someone else who desperately needed help has been turned away.

Rescheduling Your Booking

If you need to reschedule your booking you may do so up until 4 hours prior to the time of your appointment. Any changes made after this time will be subject to a fee to the value of 5% of your session cost.

No-Shows

If you do not show up for your appointment without letting me know in advance, you will be charged the full price of your session.

Classes, Workshops and Retreats

Booking

Full payment is required to secure your place at any workshop, class, retreat or event. Payment can be made online and a secure link will be provided. Places will not be held or guaranteed until payment is made. Please check each event for any additional terms and conditions. If online payment is not possible, bank transfer can be made. Please message if this is your preferred method of payment.

Cancellation 

Unless otherwise stated on each individual event, payment is non-refundable. However, you may transfer your place to another person. Sourceful takes no responsibility for transferred places and any monies that are exchanged with regard to this. If you have transferred your place to another person, you must inform Sourceful in writing, giving the full name, email address and mobile number of the new attendee no later than 24 hours ahead of the event starting.
