Putting yourself first and taking time out of your life for self-care can be a real challenge. But, it is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that you do.
National Self Care Week takes place from 14-20 November and Sourceful Wellbeing is taking part. Throughout the week there will be a variety of activities all centred around self-care that you can participate in culminating in this full-day self-care home retreat. And you’re invited.
The retreat takes place on Sunday 20th November from 9 am-6 pm all from the comfort of your own home. All activities will be streamed live on Zoom meaning you will meet Suz and have the unique opportunity to work with her to create self-care practices that you will be able to incorporate into your daily life afterwards.
In each session, there will be time dedicated to self-care, meditation and discussion and you’ll have plenty of opportunities to learn, participate and ask questions.
When you attend a retreat, you experience a greater feeling of connection as you are focusing all of your attention on your self-improvement.
This retreat is open to everyone. There are no specific requirements for taking part other than an eagerness to learn more about self-care and a desire to put yourself first.
It is ideally suited to holistic teachers and practitioners, carers and anyone who is ready to put their life to one side just for a day.
