Do you suffer from stress, anxiety, depression, worry or panic?

In this one-hour workshop, I will teach you the importance of controlled breathing, how it helps to alleviate your symptoms.

You will learn two valuable breathing techniques that you can apply to your day to day life and gain a greater understanding of the mechanics of breathing and why it is so important to breathe properly.

Terms and Conditions
Payment in full is required to confirm your place and can be paid in cash in person directly to me, by bank or ATM transfer or by credit card or PayPal online (a small charge for the convenience is applied by PayPal).

Bookings are accepted on a first come first served basis once payment is received. Once I receive your booking, I will contact you to arrange payment.

Payment should be made up within seven days of registering after which your place will be released and offered to someone on the waiting list. People on the waiting list will be given first refusal for the next course.
