We are so excited to be working together to bring you a very special wellness retreat in the stunning surroundings of the Scottish Highlands at an exclusive and beautiful location.
What To Expect
A laid back yet energising weekend celebrating all things feminine including our connection to the cycles of the moon, the seasons and our own journey as women. We will explore the concepts of the full moon within us and awaken this inner super-power through a journey of meditation, movement and sound.
Your hosts Suz and Danielle are looking forward to welcoming you with a unique blend of their skills and knowledge from meditation and yoga to womb wisdom and sound energy.
The retreat takes place in the beautiful Invernauld House, near Lairg in the Scottish Highlands. Spacious accommodation, healthy, plant-based meals and all activities are included in the price so that you can relax without worrying about any hidden extra costs.

Accommodation
A variety of accommodation options are available to suit your needs, all with en-suite facilities:
- – Thoughtfully placed single beds in a very spacious, light-filled room with a gorgeous skylight so you can moon and stargaze by night and cloud count by day
- – Twin bedded rooms for you and a friend to share with great views overlooking the gorge
- – Double rooms for complete privacy (single room supplement applies)
Arrivals & Departures
- – Arrival on Thursday 12th May from 3pm – the retreat officially begins at 5pm

Meet Your Hosts
Suz McDonald
Suz is a holistic wellbeing specialist and spiritual life coach who specialises in working with professional women struggling with anxiety, overwhelm and finding their own path in life.
She has recently returned to her roots in northeast Scotland having lived in Dubai for 22 years. Suz is a certified ThetaHealing Master Instructor, a Reiki Master Teacher, a sound therapist and a yoga teacher (RYT200).
Using a combination of her knowledge and intuitive understanding of the mind, body and spirit, Suz is passionate about helping people rediscover themselves and their inner happiness.

Danielle Rickwood
Danielle is a women’s wellness practitioner, owner of lifestyle brand – Living the Luna Life and Founder of The Peaceful Period Plan.
As a Certified Abdominal Therapist, Certified Nutritionist and Menstrual Wellbeing Educator she delivers a unique offering that has been helping women feel back in control when it comes to their digestive and reproductive health.
When she’s not looking after bellies you’ll find her in the daylight hours walking, hiking in the great outdoors and by nightfall probably still outdoors enjoying a bit of moon and star gazing.

Booking Policy
- • A £95 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. Please select the room type you want to book from the tickets options.
- •. The balance payment is due by 1st May.
- •. Any special offer on price is based on the remaining balance after the deposit is paid.
- • Cancellation must be given in writing no later than 7 days before the event. Please see our refund policy below.
- • COVID policy: We request that you carry out a lateral flow test the day before and on the day of arrival at the retreat. If lockdown restrictions are reintroduced, this event will be rescheduled. We reserve the right to amend this policy in line with any new legislation that we are required to adhere to.
Refund Policy
- – Your deposit is non-refundable
- – If cancellation is received in writing more than 28 days prior to the retreat commencing, any payments made (less the deposit) will be refunded in full
- – If cancellation is received in writing between 28 days and 7 days prior to the retreat commencing, 50% of any payments made (less the deposit) will be refunded
- – If cancellation is received in writing less than 7 days prior to the retreat commencing, no refund will be issued
- – In the case of a no-show, no refund will be issued
- – If you fail to make the balance payments within 7 days of the due dates, your place on the retreat will be released and no refund issued on any payments received
- – In the case of a positive COVID test that prevents you from attending, any payments made (less the deposit) will be refunded (we reserve the right to request a copy of your positive test)
- – If COVID restrictions force us to postpone this retreat, you will be offered the option to join us on the new date or to accept a full refund (including the deposit)
Additional Information
- – We are pleased to be able to recommend accommodation nearby for any travelling companions who are not attending the retreat or if you wish to extend your stay in the area on either side of the retreat.
- – Part of the retreat will be held outdoors. We recommend that you come prepared for all weathers.
- – Scotland in summer is famous/notorious for the midges. We recommend you bring midge repellant.
- – We are happy to help advise you on how to get to Invernauld. If you are arriving by train, we can arrange transfers to and from the train station. The closest station is Invershin.
- – The closest airport is Inverness. Hire-car is available from there. (Pick up may be possible by one of your hosts depending on flight arrivals.)
