Creating a mandala is deeply soothing and relaxing, thus bringing forth natural healing energy.

This workshop is approximately 2 hours in length but please allow up to 3 hours. You do not have to complete your mandala during the workshop.
Suz McDonald is an international speaker, a certified yoga and yoga nidra teacher, sound therapist, reiki master, ThetaHealing master and mindfulness coach. Her main area of expertise is in helping women overcome anxiety and overwhelm.
