All too often, as women, we put ourselves last. There might be kids to take care of, a job to hold down, or a business to run, a house to maintain, a partner to share life with or elderly parents to manage.
It is in our very nature to put others before ourselves and forget our own needs and self-care.
This retreat is an opportunity for a reset. A time to reflect on and redress the balance in your life.

Hosted by certified mindfulness expert, Suz McDonald, you will journey to your inner wisdom and bring forth the confidence you are ready to show the world in the peace and tranquillity of the Scottish Highlands.
This retreat is for women over the age of 18 who are ready to put themselves first for a change.
A warm welcome awaits. An intention-setting ceremony will get us underway and we will be embracing the calming energies of the dark moon to take us deep within.
Walks in nature, mindful meditations, gentle yoga and healthy food all make for a better mind, body connection. Once we start to listen to our own inner wisdom we can choose new ways of being.
The retreat takes place in the foothills of the Cairngorm National Park, in the Scottish Highlands. Shared accommodation, healthy, plant-based meals and all activities are included in the price so that you can relax without worrying about any hidden extra costs.
Shared accommodation in twin and triple rooms with shared bathrooms makes for a great bonding experience.
If you are joining with a friend or partner we will ensure you are sharing. If you are joining us alone, you’ll be paired with another retreat guest.
Check-in is from 4 pm on the 18th of May and check-out is at 11 am on the 21st.
A separate bunkhouse is available by separate arrangement. It sleeps 3 adults in bunk beds. Additional fee £180.
All meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are included from the start to the end of the retreat.
All meals are healthy and nutritious and plant-based.
Tea, coffee, water and snacks are available every day.

Aberdeen Airport is 1 hour 20 mins away. Inverness Airport is 1 hour 15 mins away. Elgin and Aviemore trains stations are both around 45 mins away.
Airport transfers to and from Aberdeen Airport can be arranged through our partner company at an additional charge. Please mention if this is required on the booking form.
Carpooling is possible. Please mention in the booking form if you can offer a lift.
Suz is a certified mindfulness coach and holistic wellbeing specialist. She specialises in working with women who have lost their confidence and self-esteem to find their true authentic selves.
Suz is also a certified ThetaHealing Master Instructor Reiki Master Teacher, yoga teacher and sound therapist. She has been running retreats since 2016 in Vietnam, Dubai and Scotland.
Using a combination of her knowledge and intuitive understanding of the mind, body and spirit, Suz is passionate about helping people rediscover themselves and their inner happiness.
