Looking to find effective ways to alleviate stress?

Join me every Thursday morning from 10am – 12pm for a relaxed, friendly gathering over a cup of tea or coffee.

Each week, we’ll explore a different topic centred around mindfulness, offering practical techniques to help you manage and reduce stress in your life.

Mindfulness teaches individuals how to fully embrace the present moment and experience life with less stress.

As an accredited mindfulness coach and a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) facilitator, I’m here to guide you on this journey.

These sessions will continue weekly until the end of the year.

I encourage attendance on a donation basis to make this opportunity accessible to everyone. However, a donation is not necessary, just come along and see for yourself how mindfulness can help you.

Reservations are recommended due to limited space, and to ensure you receive all the necessary information.
