Quietening Down Anxiety Workshop

The “monkey-mind” is the constant chatter of thoughts that jump from one thing to the next to the next without stopping or shutting up.

Learning to quieten the mind when it is full of overwhelming thoughts can be a challenge. But, there’s a technique that can be learned and it is surprisingly easy.

During this bite-sized 40-minute workshop I will teach:

  • 1.  How to understand and make friends with the monkey-mind without having to feed it
  • 2.  A technique that can be used every day to turn down the volume on overwhelming mental-chatter
  • 3.  An easy way to feel calm even for those who feel over-anxious and stressed

There will then follow a short Q&A session.

A recording of the session will be emailed out to all participants within 24 hours of the event finishing for anyone who is unable to attend at the scheduled time.
