Learn the First Degree of Usui Reiki with Reiki Master Teacher Suz McDonald

Reiki is the ancient Japanese art of hands-on healing that allows one to channel life-force energy into the body in order to reduce pain, release stress and anxiety, open the chakras and many other physical and emotional issues.
Reiki 1 is the foundation level of this gentle healing modality. Once you have received your training and attunement you will be able to practice Reiki on yourself and your friends and family.
Should you wish to deepen your knowledge and the intensity of the Reiki energy that you channel, and if you want to become a Reiki practitioner who works with clients, you can opt to learn level 2 Reiki the following day. Please Note: In accordance with the Reiki precepts, you are required to refrain from consuming alcohol for the 3 days prior to attending class and during your training. From 2 days before class, you should eat only a simple, healthy vegetarian or vegan diet. This is to create an environment in the body that is pure and conducive to receiving your attunement. After each reiki attunement you are required to commit to completing a 21-day reiki cleanse. The details for this cleanse will be taught during the course.

Location
This Reiki class will be held at Suz’s home near Lumphanan, Aberdeenshire. Accommodation recommendations can be provided for anyone wishing to travel to the area to attend.
About Suz McDonald
Suz is certified as a Reiki Master Teacher, ThetaHealing Master Instructor, yoga teacher and sound therapist. She has been teaching Reiki since January 2018 and has taught in both Dubai and Scotland.
Suz is also an accredited mindfulness coach and holistic wellbeing specialist. She specialises in working with women who have lost their confidence and self-esteem to find their true authentic selves.
Using her knowledge and intuitive understanding of the mind, body and spirit, Suz is passionate about helping people rediscover themselves and their inner happiness.
