It’s always a joy to work with clients who are truly ready to change their lives. Eleanor is one such client who has just completed a Confidence Coaching package with me.

Eleanor came to me due to anxiety and a lack of self-confidence which was holding her back in life. Her go-to response, when invited out or to go somewhere new, was a definite, “no”. Accepting praise for good work was something she was unable to do no matter how well deserved it was.

A lot of things that had happened in Eleanor’s life have caused her confidence to leave her and we discovered during our sessions that she had never been taught what it felt like to feel proud of her achievements.

Together, we set goals that Eleanor felt were realistic and achievable for her. We created some affirmations around these goals and week by week, we worked to move her closer to being able to say yes to social activities and to be able to accept compliments without self-doubt creeping in.

If it takes more than one package to reach goals that’s OK but with Eleanor, I just knew that on our last session together we were done. That’s not to say she can’t come back and set new goals and work with me on other things – but for now, she has achieved what she set out to do.

She now says “yes” when her partner suggests going out for a milkshake, she said “yes” to attending a company Christmas lunch and she gracefully accepted praise from her boss and a customer at her work.

The benefits of working with me are that the techniques I use and teach are of a spiritual and mindfulness-based nature and these techniques have been shown to have rapid and profound effects. This is because we are working holistically with your mind, body and spirit.

Often people are hesitant to embrace the “spirit” part but those that do see transformative shifts that are often immediate and life-changing.

Whilst I love the woo-woo, I’m also passionate about finding the scientific nature of why such techniques work and I take the time to help my clients understand this.

Working with me can take many different forms. Clients can choose to do a deep dive on my premium 8-week Calm, Confident You Programme™, they can opt for bespoke Mindfulness and Spiritual Coaching or they can opt for a deep immersion during a long weekend on retreat with me.
